ITS Building People are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects across Gloucester. We have ongoing work available with reputable contractors and are looking for reliable tradespeople who take pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
The Role: As a Multi Trader, you will be carrying out a range of maintenance, refurbishment, and finishing works on active construction sites and occupied properties.
Duties will include:
- General carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Patch plastering and making good
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling repairs and installations
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
- Door, skirting and architrave fitting
- Flooring repairs and general snagging
- Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Working independently and as part of a site team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Multi Trader
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Valid CSCS Card (preferred but not essential depending on the project)
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
- Ability to complete work to a high standard
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
