We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor seeking a Design Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a diverse range of construction projects across multiple sectors, working closely with pre-construction, commercial and operational teams from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the design process throughout all project phases from tender through to completion.
  • Coordinating architects, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.

  • Identifying and mitigating design risks and resolving technical challenges.
  • Ensuring design programmes align with project delivery schedules.
