Key Responsibilities- Managing the design process throughout all project phases from tender through to completion.
- Coordinating architects, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.

- Identifying and mitigating design risks and resolving technical challenges.
- Ensuring design programmes align with project delivery schedules.
- Supporting pre-construction activities, including bid submissions and design development.

- Proven experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry.
- Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors.
