We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established home improvement and residential construction business seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee renovation and installation projects across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing home improvement installations including extensions, conservatories, orangeries, windows, doors, porches, and related residential building projects.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring installations are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Punjabi language skills are essential for this role due to the customer demographic and communication requirements.
