I am recruiting on behalf of a respected residential developer for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a bespoke, luxury new build oneâoff estate. This role requires a Project Manager with proven experience in luxury new build housing and a strong trade background, ideally carpentry, bringing an exceptional eye for detail and craftsmanship to a highâend residential project.
The Role:
- Endâtoâend project management of a bespoke luxury new build estate
- Managing site management teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Overseeing construction quality with a strong focus on detail and finish
- Coordinating complex design elements and bespoke packages
- Programme planning, sequencing and progress reporting
- Cost control, procurement and value engineering without compromising quality
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards
- Client and stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within luxury new build residential housing
- Strong trade background, ideally carpentry, with handsâon construction knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and qualityâdriven mindset
- Experience delivering bespoke, highâvalue residential projects
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, sequencing and highâend finishes
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Professional qualifications (MCIOB, RICS or similar) desirable
