This isn't an admin role.
We're looking for someone who thrives on picking up the phone, enjoys the challenge of finding great people, and gets genuine satisfaction from filling vacancies before anyone else.
If you're naturally competitive, highly organised and love speaking to people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role You'll play a vital part in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing quality candidates across the construction sector.
Your day will include
- Proactively sourcing candidates through our CRM database, job boards and social media.
- Making high volumes of outbound calls to identify and engage new candidates.
- Building relationships with both active and passive job seekers.
- Working closely with Job Centres, back-to-work schemes and local employment organisations.

- Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
- Creating adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple platforms.
- Networking and continually expanding your candidate pool.
- Supporting consultants in filling live vacancies quickly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For We're far more interested in attitude than recruitment experience.
You'll be
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated, resilient and self-driven.
- Confident on the telephone and comfortable making lots of outbound calls every day.
- Competitive with a real desire to beat targets.
- Proactive rather than reactive—you don't wait for candidates to apply, you go and find them.
- Friendly, professional and able to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment where every day is different.
Previous recruitment, telesales, customer service or sales experience would be advantageous, but it's not essential if you have the right mindset.
- What You'll Receive
- Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends.
- 28 days' holiday.
- Free parking directly outside the office.
- Staff incentives, competitions and regular team rewards.
- A supportive, ambitious team environment.
- Genuine opportunities to develop your career within a growing business.
Why ITS?
ITS has been supplying the construction industry for over 50 years and has built an outstanding reputation for quality and service.
You'll be joining a busy, successful office where hard work is recognised, success is celebrated, and no two days are ever the same.
