An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing regional contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. This role offers the chance to take full commercial responsibility for your own projects, typically ranging from 2m to 10m, with a particular focus on care homes and supported living developments. You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative commercial team, working alongside senior leadership, where you will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Running your own schemes with values between 2m and 10m
- Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
