The Role

ITS Construction is currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out mould prevention, plastering, patching and remedial works across residential properties in Tewkesbury.

You'll be working in occupied residential properties on behalf of a main developer, so a professional attitude, good communication skills and respect for residents are essential.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently, completing repairs to a high standard and leaving each property clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out mould prevention and remedial works.
• Plastering, patching and making good damaged areas.
• Completing general property maintenance and repair work.
• Working professionally within occupied residential properties.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plastering, patching and making good.
• Knowledge of mould prevention and remedial works.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or residential construction.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS card desirable.
