We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class administrative and business support to the Managing Director of a forward-thinking construction company. You will act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day and strategic activities. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Act as a key point of contact and “gatekeeper”, ensuring effective communication across the business
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
  • Coordinate and support Board meetings, including minute taking and action tracking
  • Manage and prioritise the Managing Director's email inbox
  • Support the development of business strategy through research, analysis, and project coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Build strong working relationships across departments including HR, IT, SHEQ, and wider business support teams
