Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to join a forward-thinking contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects and developing its people? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing construction business seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a diverse range of construction projects across the North West. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing construction projects through all phases of delivery.
  • Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
  • Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project performance, programme and commercial objectives.
