I am currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing main contractor with a strong, secured order book and a high level of repeat business. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to deliver a varied portfolio of commercial and residential new build projects, with values ranging from £500,000 to £9 million. This opportunity would suit an experienced Site Manager, or a strong Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up and take ownership of their own projects.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations from inception through to completion
- Delivering projects safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures
- Liaising closely with senior management and project teams
- Maintaining accurate site documentation and progress reports
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager within construction
- Exposure to commercial and/or residential new build projects
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management processes
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or working towards)
- Ambitious and career-driven, with a desire to progress
