We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, established housebuilder seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to take a key role in delivering a busy residential development. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in traditional and timber frame housebuilding, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in delivering high-quality homes. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and driving the construction programme to ensure key deadlines are achieved. * Taking full responsibility for site health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. * Managing subcontractors and site teams to maintain productivity and high standards of workmanship. * Overseeing the construction of timber frame residential properties. * Monitoring build quality and ensuring all homes meet the required specifications. * Coordinating site activities and proactively resolving any construction or programme issues. * Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the development. * Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring homes are completed to the highest possible standard. About You We are looking for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager who can demonstrate: * A proven track record in residential housebuilding. * Previous experience managing timber frame construction. * Experience working on fast-paced, high-volume residential developments. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and drive site performance. * Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and NHBC standards. * The ability to manage build programmes, maintain quality and deliver against challenging deadlines. * A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates must have a strong residential housebuilding background. Timber frame experience is essential.
