An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality developments.
You will be responsible for managing 2–3 developments across the local area, working within a skilled, driven, and well-established team.
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will provide leadership and support to site teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee 2–3 construction projects simultaneously
- Manage and support Site Managers and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Monitor health & safety compliance across all sites
- Review project programmes, costs, and performance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Identify and mitigate risks across projects
- Provide regular reporting to senior management
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager within construction
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Driven, proactive, and career-focused
