Contracts Manager β Major Construction Projects Location: Regional projects with Head Office support Salary: Flexible / Competitive + Excellent Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking main contractor with a strong presence across both the private and public sectors and exciting plans for continued growth. Due to a sustained pipeline of major projects, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. This is a senior operational role offering responsibility across multiple projects, working closely with project, commercial and site teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the performance and delivery of multiple major construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to contractual requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing the delivery of major construction projects across private and public sectors * Managing and supporting Project Managers and site teams * Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contract, programme and commercial targets * Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders * Driving high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance * Working closely with commercial teams to manage cost control, variations and risk * Contributing to pre-construction, procurement and project planning where required * Reporting performance, progress and risk to senior management About You * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within main contracting * Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects * Experience working across both public and private sector frameworks/projects * Sound understanding of construction contracts, commercial management and H&S legislation * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects * Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Package & Benefits * Flexible, competitive salary depending on experience * 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays * Car leasing scheme via salary sacrifice * Death in Service * Cycle to Work scheme * Cash Plan * Pension Why Apply?
