Groundworker (Finishing) – Alderton – Immediate Start

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy residential housing development in Alderton.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled groundworker with housing finishing experience, particularly slabbing, to work with a reputable contractor.

Duties

  • Carrying out finishing groundworks on a live housing development
  • Laying slabs and completing external finishing works
  • Preparing surfaces and ensuring high-quality finishes
  • Working safely alongside other trades on site
  • Following site management instructions and health & safety procedures

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Proven experience in finishing groundworks and slabbing
  • Previous experience working on housing developments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Two checkable work references
  • Full PPE
