Multi-trader required for a highly regarded regional developer. ITS Building People are looking for a Multi-trader to assist our client with a project based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Own transport would be beneficial.
This contract will be ongoing, with working hours being flexible 5-day week, working Saturdays and Sundays as standard working days with 2 rest days in the week. Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites
- Deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs across multiple trades, including:
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Fixing leaks, taps, and minor plumbing issues
- Replacing door handles, locks, and window fittings
- Tiling, patch plastering, and general decorative works
Requirements for the role:
- Competence across several core trades, including:
- Basic plumbing
- Carpentry (minor works)
- Tiling
- Patch plastering and decorating
Training/Progression opportunities:
There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management.
