Plumber - Long-Term Corporate Building Contract

Location: Plymouth
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Long-term work
Pay: Β£24 - Β£26 pounds an hour

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Plumber to join our team on a long-term contract, carrying out plumbing and maintenance work across corporate buildings.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing plumbing systems within commercial/corporate properties. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday work and a stable working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
  • Install, repair and maintain pipework, fixtures and fittings.
  • Respond to leaks, blockages and other plumbing faults.
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Work safely and professionally within occupied corporate buildings.
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
  • Complete job reports and maintenance records where required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a plumber.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications preferred.
  • Experience working in commercial or corporate buildings is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to health and safety.
  • Full driving license preferred.
