We are looking for 5 experienced CSCS Labourers for a refurbishment project in Thornbury, Bristol.
Initial works will be to rip out the walls, ceilings and flooring, before helping trades on site with the refurbishment.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of operations. This labouring role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
There is overtime available in the evenings and weekends.
Typical site hours: 07:30am β 4pm
Weekday Evenings: 4pm β Midnight
Weekend Hours: 07:30am β 4pm
Saturday Evening: 4pm β 10pm
Duties
Soft strip demolition
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Operate basic machinery and tools as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
Requirements
CSCS card
Previous experience in a labouring role
Recent construction references
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting some heavier items
Punctual and reliable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Eligibility to work in the UK
Pay is weekly, one week in hand.
