About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Electrician to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on the installation of conduit systems and electrical cabling across a range of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical conduit systems (EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit)
  • Carry out cable installation, routing, and termination in accordance with project specifications
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Ensure all installations comply with current electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a commercial electrician
  • Strong knowledge of conduit installation and cable pulling techniques
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
