The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the construction industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Generating new business through outbound sales calls, networking and referrals
