ITS Building People is looking for an ambitious and driven White Collar Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our established Chepstow office. As one of the UK's leading construction recruitment specialists, ITS has been successfully supplying the construction industry for over 50 years. The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and managing a busy white collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines. You'll build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team.
We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (construction recruitment is highly desirable)
- A proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approach
