Groundworker Wanted – Bristol Long-term, short-term & immediate starts available We’re currently recruiting reliable, experienced Groundworkers to join leading construction and civil engineering contractors across Bristol. Work is available on a range of active sites, offering consistent hours and ongoing opportunities. Role Overview: Groundworker duties may include: * Excavation and groundwork preparation * Drainage, ducting, and pipe laying * Concreting, kerbing, and edging * Assisting with foundations and footings * General groundworks support on site What We’re Looking For: * Proven groundworking experience * Strong work ethic and site reliability * Ability to work safely and follow instructions * Valid CSCS card * Dumper and/or 360 excavator tickets beneficial * Own PPE What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rates * Weekly pay * Ongoing work on established projects * Consistent sites across Bristol * Immediate and flexible start dates Apply with your CV.
