We are currently seeking 2 experienced Electricians to join our team on a large residential construction project.
Location: Bath
Start Date: First week of August
Duration: One year
Rate: £28 pounds an hour
Role Overview
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out the commercial electrical installations within a multi-unit residential development. Duties will include first and second fix installations, containment systems, wiring, lighting, power distribution, testing, and commissioning works.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of containment systems including tray, basket, conduit, and trunking
- First and second fix electrical installations
- Installation of lighting, power, and emergency lighting systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Working safely and efficiently to programme deadlines
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and site standards
Requirements
- Valid ECS/JIB Card
- Previous experience on residential or commercial construction projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of current wiring regulations
- Own tools and PPE preferred
