It's Bagels is seeking a hands-on Baker to turn dough into fresh bagels. You will prove, boil, seed and bake, ensuring high quality and consistent outputs. This role requires attention to timing, temperatures and joining a busy team in a fast-paced bakery.
Shifts start early, typically around 4am–5:30am, with weekend availability. You will help maintain hygiene, follow recipes precisely and support production planning and stock monitoring as the business grows.
