You will be working for a national builder from start to finish on a commercial build, ensuring there is always a high-end finish throughout. You must have experience in commercial builds to provide that quality finish and ensure drawings are adhered to.
The role of a Site Manager includes:
- Taking control of ordering materials
- Ensuring the contractors on site for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tiling, Plastering etc. are working to the drawings and at the high specification required
- The CM / PM will oversee this with you due to the size of each plot
