JOB DESCRIPTION

CSCS Gate person / Traffic Marshall required for a highly regarded regional house builder. ITS Building People are looking for an experienced Gate person / Traffic Marshall to assist our client on a busy project based in High Wycombe. There will be a steady flow of deliveries so we are looking for someone with experience to direct the deliveries to the correct part of the site.

Own transport would be beneficial to get round Oxford but public transport is available near this project.

This Gate person / Traffic Marshall contract will be ongoing, with hours 07:30 – 16:30, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend overtime if desired.

Daily Responsibilities

• Look after the entrance to the site
• Hold a Traffic Banksman Ticket
• Complete basic paperwork for each delivery
• Direct deliveries through the site
• Clear and tidy the area in front of the gate
• Ensure a cabin is available on site

Requirements for the Role

• Valid CSCS card
• Valid Traffic Banksman Ticket (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to perform physical manual labour
• Must have hard‑hat, work boots, and HI‑Viz vest
