We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of analytics-driven products and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical modeling, telemetry data analysis, and capacity planning, along with awareness of market trends and customer needs to deliver innovative and reliable products. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics product development, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to bring telemetry anomaly detection and capacity planning solutions to market. Reporting to our Group Product Manager, this role offers a hybrid work schedule based in our London HQ.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Large scale telemetry data discovery, analytics and visualisation
  • Ensure solutions are AI-ready so that agents can interact seamlessly with data and models.
  • Telemetry capacity forecasting and anomaly detection to anticipate system load, detect irregularities, and prevent failures.
  • Historical threshold analysis for metrics, logs, and traces to establish baselines and identify deviations over time.
  • Dynamic, high-performance visualisations capable of displaying and exploring large volumes of telemetry data.
  • Self-service analytics workbench empowering internal teams and customers to run anomaly detection and statistical models independently.
  • Automated incident contextualisation to correlate telemetry anomalies with logs, traces, and historical incidents for faster root-cause analysis.
  • Data retention and lifecycle optimisation with analytics-driven policies that balance storage costs against long-term insight value.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in observability, analytics, or IT operations, ideally within highly regulated industries.
  • Understanding of IT architectures across areas such as trading systems, core applications, risk management, and fraud detection.
  • Experience working with monitoring, analytics, or automation solutions that improve operational insight and performance.
  • Familiarity with telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) and infrastructure monitoring concepts.
  • Awareness of data analytics and automation practices related to performance, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
  • Solid technical foundation or understanding of software delivery, infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

You will benefit from having:

  • Awareness of real-time data processing and streaming concepts used in telemetry and capacity planning.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and hybrid architectures used in modern, large-scale environments.
