Scope of Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing RevOps team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights, loves building intuitive dashboards, and is passionate about maintaining data integrity across systems.
Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to provide analytical support, ensure data accuracy, and help optimise our go-to-market (GTM) performance. You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy, improve pipeline efficiency, and unlock new revenue opportunities across the business.
This position offers significant exposure across the organisation — you’ll collaborate with high-caliber professionals, including C-level Executives, learn from subject-matter experts, and develop a deep understanding of what drives growth in a successful SaaS company. It’s a position of influence, ideal for someone eager to grow their career and build a strong foundation in revenue strategy and analytics.
We’re data-informed, not data-obsessed. We celebrate curiosity, ownership, and collaboration. If you’re excited to use data to shape strategy and scale impact, we’d love to meet you.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule from our London HQ.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce) to provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue performance.
- Automate recurring reports and develop self-serve analytics capabilities for GTM teams.
- Monitor and improve data accuracy across CRM and related systems.
Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline trends, funnel performance, and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Data Governance & Integrity
- Support ongoing data hygiene efforts across CRM and analytics platforms.
- Define and enforce data standards, ensuring consistent taxonomy and reliable reporting.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Systems teams to troubleshoot data flow or integration issues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills for ad hoc analysis.
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
You will benefit from having the following:
- Experience working in SaaS or a subscription-based business.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
- Understanding of revenue funnels, forecasting, and GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
- Experience with data warehouse or ETL tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).
