Scope of Role
Reporting to our Head of Platform Marketing as The Segment Marketing Manager for Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), you will drive demand generation and positioning strategy for ITRS's DEM solutions. You will focus on optimising product-led growth, developing enterprise-focused messaging, and executing targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention in key vertical markets. This role offers a hybrid work schedule from our London HQ.
As a Segment Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies positioning DEM as strategic entry point to ITRS platform.
- Create content strategy differentiating ITRS DEM capabilities against low-cost and platform competitors.
- Develop vertical positioning for regulated industries beyond generic monitoring messaging.
- Optimise product-led growth motion improving trial-to-conversion rates.
- Design and implement PLG strategies including in-app messaging, user onboarding flows, activation campaigns, and expansion triggers.
- Drive go-to-market for enterprise DEM packages and messaging for mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition in regulated industries.
- Analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify conversion opportunities and optimise the self-service experience.
- Support systematic product launch communications for monthly DEM innovations.
- Analyse segment performance and optimise marketing mix balancing efficiency with brand building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with focus on SaaS or monitoring/observability solutions.
- Experience with product-led growth strategies and conversion optimisation.
- Understanding of digital experience monitoring, synthetic monitoring, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of demand generation and campaign execution.
- Experience marketing to technical buyers and IT operations audiences.
- Familiarity with competitive landscape in observability and monitoring markets.
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities and positioning gaps.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making approach.
- Excellent project management and campaign execution capabilities.
- Creative problem-solving for competitive differentiation.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
