ITRS is seeking a Global Head of Managed Services to lead and grow our portfolio for tier-one financial services clients. You will oversee a globally distributed team, shape service delivery, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to maximize client value from the platform.
You will build trusted relationships with operations leads to C-suite and report to the COO, owning the roadmap for managed services evolution as our client base expands.
