Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, as part of the Business Operations team, this role is varied with a focus on ticket management, procurement, billing, process improvements and office administration.

The role is hybrid, with our office based in Sidcup, Kent.

General summary

  • Assist with procurement for both external and internal requirements. This may include IT Hardware, licensing and Voice Data services.
  • Assist with billing of services and projects as required, ensuring that figures align with approved quotes.
  • Assist with contract creation and ongoing management of both internal and external subscriptions and services.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate best pricing to increase profitability of deals.
  • Prompt management of department tickets, such as pricing requests and queries.
  • Liaise with the finance department as necessary, i. e., queries, invoice approvals.
  • Work with the team to improve process efficiencies.
  • Support the Business Operations Manager and Finance Director with reports and data analysis as needed.
  • Ad hoc office administration.
  • Ad hoc facilities management.

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience in an MSP or similar fast paced environment preferred.
  • Experience with IT and Voice & Data procurement preferred
