Senior Software Engineer (OutSystems and .NET) in Hampshire, Portsmouth

Our client – a London based software company are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their product development team. You’ll be at the heart of developing modern, performant applications across web, tablet, and mobile platforms.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will be able to deliver effectively on both Outsystems and.NET and will be working with architects to deliver great user experiences and secure integrations for software used by external clients.

We\’re looking for someone with strong, demonstrable expertise of at least 4 years Outsystems and at least 3 years .NET.

Tech Stack & Experience Required

Core Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with the Outsystems platform
• Strong understanding of Outsystems Architecture, including modularization, performance optimization, and scalable design principles.
• Professional Traditional Web Developer Certification (mandatory).
• Associate Developer (ODC) Certification (mandatory).
• Scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript or NodeJS
• Strong .NET Core (C#) skills (including Entity Framework and MVC and WebAPI, .NET 8 or later

Additional Technical Experience:

• RESTful API design & integration
• Security and Architecture certifications are a strong plus.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, and identity providers like Azure AD).
