We are looking for a Technology Project Manager who will work to support the Head of Technology Project Management in the planning, development, and deployment of projects within the Technology Roadmap. You will act as a lead within a development squad, responsible for progress and success of committed projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Planning – requirements, resource, budget, timeline, risk mitigation, training plan, test plan
- Day to day management of projects – stakeholder management, collaboration, action management, risk and issue management, change management, project documentation and admin, reporting
- Squad programme management – management of development resources across 3 – 4 project streams, reporting on progress, next steps and risk
- Quality assurance – creation of test plans, running test sessions, carrying out or witnessing UAT, handling of bugs
- Project closure – assisting with transition into BAU, project end report scheduling of benefit realisation sessions
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Organised and process driven, with strong attention to detail
