We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join an ambitious global Workday HCM implementation programme. This is a critical hire for an initial 10-week engagement focused on de-risking a high-volume integration landscape across four countries.
Your Profile
- Strong experience delivering Workday integrations in HCM environments
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and multiple 3rd party vendors
- Deep understanding of Workday’s Launch methodology and global rollout challenges
- Skilled in producing detailed documentation and leading integration testing cycles
- Able to hit the ground running and operate with a high degree of independence
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Integration Catalogue – ensuring clear, auditable documentation with testing records linked to KPIs
- Act as bridge between tech and stakeholders – aligning supplier readiness, SME inputs, and testing timelines
- Drive end-to-end integration testing – ensuring all pre-requisites (e.g., environments, data, supplier support) are in place
- Lead defect resolution and develop interim workarounds for non-compliant integrations
- Produce all technical specifications and documentation aligned to internal standards
- Deliver key integration artefacts: Finalised Integration Catalogue, Updated Integration Specification Docs, Go-Live Risk Plan, Cutover inputs, and workarounds handover
- Coordinate change management and handover to support transition into Phase 2
- Apply integration best practices to ensure successful delivery and risk mitigation
