We are hiring 2 x experienced Change Managers to support the implementation of Agentforce (Salesforce) as part of a wider go-to-market transformation within the payments acquiring space.
These are business-critical roles within a regulated environment - ideal for professionals with a track record in delivering CRM change across commercial, operations, and technology functions in the financial services or fintech sector.
Role Overview:
You’ll help drive successful business adoption of Agentforce by preparing stakeholders, frontline users, and operational teams for change. This is not just a system rollout, it’s a strategic programme that will reshape how the business engages with its customers and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management workstream for the rollout of Agentforce (Salesforce) across acquiring functions
- Work across sales, operations, product, compliance, and technology to ensure readiness and alignment
- Conduct impact assessments, change risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement planning
- Design and deliver tailored change interventions: comms, training, documentation, readiness workshops, etc.
- Embed change governance and align to regulatory and operational standards
- Act as the bridge between programme delivery and business readiness - ensuring adoption sticks
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in payments, preferably on the acquiring side
- Experience delivering change around CRM or Salesforce platforms - Agentforce exposure is highly desirable
- Skilled at managing change in matrixed and fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working across technology and business teams to drive adoption
