We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Product Manager to take ownership of the Infrastructure Monitoring domain within a cutting-edge, full-stack observability platform. This role is central to building a robust foundation that empowers both Observability and Security product teams, while delivering a seamless and powerful experience for end users.

What You’ll Do- Own and drive the full product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to execution and launch.
- Work closely with design and engineering to create intuitive, scalable infrastructure monitoring capabilities.
- Understand and represent customer and user needs, balancing long-term vision with near-term priorities.
- Stay on top of market trends, evolving technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support to ensure go-to-market success and optimize product adoption.
- 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in product management or technical product roles.
- Strong technical foundation; BS in Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus).
- Proven ability to define and prioritize product requirements in complex, technical domains.
- Experience with observability or security platforms, particularly around infrastructure or monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud services across compute, storage, databases (SQL/noSQL), serverless, distributed systems, etc.
- Hands-on understanding of developer and operator workflows, and how platform tools support them.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills—able to drive clarity and momentum across diverse teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying opportunities to create value at scale.
- Previous experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g. Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales).
- Background in enterprise SaaS, especially in infrastructure monitoring, analytics, or APM.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native observability stacks.
- Familiarity with streaming data and real-time metric processing.
- Experience working in Agile environments and across the full software development lifecycle.
