We are supporting a global organisation following the successful Phase 1 & Phase 2 rollout of Workday, now live across multiple countries. They are looking for a Workday Analyst to join on a 12‑month maternity cover, supporting ongoing optimisation, additional module rollout, and key upcoming HR cycles.
Role Overview
With Workday now live across a global workforce, the focus has shifted to:
- Enhancing and embedding newly deployed modules
- Supporting additional functionality across the platform
- Driving value from Workday across HR processes
- Preparing for key cycles such as annual compensation reviews
This is a hands‑on role working closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday continues to evolve and deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Workday SME across HCM modules
- Support and optimise Core HCM Performance & Talent
- Drive adoption and effective use of recently implemented Phase 2 modules
- Support ongoing configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement
- Play a key role in upcoming annual compensation processes
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system functionality
- Work closely with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to enhance processes and user experience
Experience Required
- Strong experience as a Workday Analyst / HRIS Analyst
- Hands‑on experience with Workday HCM (core) Performance / Talent
- Experience working in post‑go‑live / optimisation environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system improvement
- Ability to work with stakeholders to drive system usage and value
- Experience supporting Workday Phase 2 or multi‑module rollouts
- Exposure to annual compensation cycles within Workday
- Experience in global Workday environments
