Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist ready to drive next-level CRM innovation? We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager to join our growing team in Bristol or London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape CRM strategy, lead automation excellence, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver impactful, data-driven customer experiences.
The Role
As the Technical CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and implementing CRM strategies and solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless system integration, robust data management, and innovative campaign automation that enhance engagement and retention across multiple channels. Working closely with an internal SFMC Engineer and wider teams, you’ll design and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Strong understanding of data architecture within SFMC (Subscriber Key, Send Relationships, Data Views).
- Experience with Contact Builder and Data Extensions for audience management.
- AMPscript / SQL / SSJS Skills
- Build advanced personalization logic using AMPscript.
- Write SQL queries for segmentation, automations, and analytics.
- Use SSJS for complex automation and data processing tasks.
- API Integrations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for data imports, exports, and trigger sends.
- Integrating SFMC with external systems (CDP, CRM, backend services, etc.).
- Data Management
- Design, maintain, and optimize data models within SFMC.
- Understand ETL processes and data flows between systems.
- Ensure high data quality through cleaning, governance, and validation processes.
