We're recruiting experienced Senior AI Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI programme. This is production delivery, not experimentation. You'll be building and deploying LLM-powered systems, autonomous agents, and enterprise copilots that are actively used across complex organisations. The programme is multi-client, long-term funded, and designed to scale.
Location: Hybrid (UK β occasional travel to client sites)
Engagement: Contract
Duration: Initial 6β12 months
Outlook: Multi-year programme with strong extension potential
IR35: Mix of Outside & Inside (client dependent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Agentic AI solutions aligned to real business workflows
- Build and orchestrate autonomous agents with planning, reasoning, and tool use
- Develop LLM-driven systems including RAG, Q&A, and enterprise copilots
- Integrate GenAI into existing platforms, products, and processes
- Own delivery end-to-end: design through to production
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
- Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Python with modern AI libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch)
- Experience building RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Microsoft Copilot Studio (custom agents and integrations)
- Enterprise AI governance and lifecycle tooling
