Head of Product β ITR | Ascent International Group
We are partnering with a purpose driven organisation that is investing heavily in digital innovation, building a new data platform to deliver smarter, more impactful products and services for both clients and internal teams.
The Role
As Head of Product, you will report directly to the CTO in a leadership role that combines hands-on product management with strategic oversight. You will shape and deliver digital solutions that drive business impact, ensuring products are developed, launched, and continuously improved to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from strategy and development through to in-life management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including finance, operations, technology, and data to ensure seamless product delivery
- Define and track product KPIs that align with business goals
- Present updates to the board, supporting governance and decision making at a senior level
- Manage and mentor a growing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring digital products meet market needs and drive commercial success
About You
- Seasoned product management professional with demonstrable success in delivering digital products, ideally within digital or data-led environments
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
- A proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and cyber risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance client needs, operational priorities, and financial considerations
- Familiarity with data analytics principles would be advantageous
