We’re recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a major government digital organisation, working on high-profile, cross-cutting technology and transformation initiatives. This role sits within a central technology and digital leadership function, operating across multiple programmes to support strategic decision-making, standards, and delivery in complex environments.
The Role
- You’ll be a highly experienced Business Analyst, comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- You’ll partner closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to define problems, analyse opportunities, and support evidence-based outcomes across government digital initiatives.
- Lead and deliver business analysis activities across multiple initiatives.
- Apply BA standards and methodologies to ensure consistent outcomes.
- Identify and define business problems using evidence-based analysis.
- Work within agile/digital delivery teams across the lifecycle.
- Engage a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Produce clear, structured analysis and recommendations.
- Communicate findings effectively to senior audiences.
