Role Overview

We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across the country. This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Provide on-call incident response support
  • Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
  • Maintain system documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
  • Strong experience with Nutanix stack
  • Knowledge of VMware or Hyper‑V
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with DR and backup tools
  • Scripting (PowerShell/Python) is advantageous

Mandatory Requirement

  • Minimum 90% pass score on induction assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform)

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills (Local language & English preferred)
  • Ability to handle critical incidents
  • Team-oriented and proactive
