The Quality & Compliance Coordinator will support the Head of Quality & Compliance in managing quality processes and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring product and regulatory compliance, including food safety and chemical composition requirements, while driving continuous improvement in quality across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining quality systems, ensuring compliance with standards (BRC-GS, ISO9001).
- Oversee the Lab Technician and manage daily quality operations.
- Develop processes for continuous quality improvement, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
- Support with certification activities, documentation, and training.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to establish product specifications and testing protocols.
- Lead customer complaint investigations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Report on quality activities, benefits, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to audits (BRC-GS, ISO) and maintain an effective quality system.
