Established in 2021, the business now employs 25+ staff recruiting within mechanical engineered products, mechanical and electrical contracting, and manufacturing sectors in Europe and North America.
As part of ITP's ongoing growth strategy, we are accepting applicants for our 2025 graduate intake.
We are seeking individuals with a desire to understand the business world and how companies operate and grow, who are motivated to start building a successful career, and who bring a positive and 'can do' attitude to their work environment.
You will take these personal attributes into a varied and positively challenging role which brings great scope for learning and an opportunity to rapidly develop your professional skills and experience. Encompassing research, sales and consulting, your role will be as a member of a specialist team working to support clients with their recruitment and selection processes within a specific industry sector. You will remotely support your clients, liaising with both them and prospective candidates via phone and video conferencing. Operating in an informal, but high performing environment in either our Leeds city centre or Headingley offices, you will be supported by experienced colleagues and directors.
If you are seeking a first step into the corporate role and are unsure of where to start, this is a graduate role that can provide that opportunity and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss. If you're not sure if this is for you, apply and we can find out together.
