We are working with a well-established organisation in a highly regulated industry that is looking to appoint a Production Planner to support its planning and operations team. Compensation

Base pay range: $30,000.00/yr - $35,000.00/yr. This range is provided by ITP (International Talent Partnership). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review Master Production Schedules to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource utilisation.
  • Analyse production data and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve effectiveness.
  • Act as a link between production, supply chain, and commercial teams—supporting the wider S&OP process.
  • Ensure ERP data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with planning activities and capacity requirements.
  • Track and report on planning KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the planning function.
  • Ensure production plans meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning/scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor or similar), with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functional.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised with the ability to work under pressure.
