The role focuses on developing innovative and enhanced products in line with customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Lead the design and development of electrical systems and schematics using CAD tools Support FMEA, validation, testing, and product/system integration Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) ~5+ years in NPD roles within an electrical engineering context ~ Proficient in AutoCAD / SolidWorks Electrical and MS365 ~ Brings energy, adaptability, and a practical mindset to engineering challenges
