This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a technically complex and commercially critical product segment, building a strategy and structure from the ground up across Europe.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role combining strategic leadership, sales development, and technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for shaping and scaling a niche but fast-growing product offering across multiple European markets. With no existing dedicated team in place, this role offers a genuine “build-from-scratch” opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to leave a lasting mark on a business. You’ll work closely with international stakeholders, particularly in North America where the product line is more established, leveraging best practices while tailoring a European growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a European growth strategy for a specialist product range aligned to Data Centre projects.
- Support and enable local sales teams across multiple countries, with potential to build and lead a dedicated team.
- Act as the technical and commercial expert, able to interpret complex specifications and position solutions effectively.
- Engage directly with key industry stakeholders including Data Centre operators, contractors, consultants, and architects.
- Drive market expansion, identifying key players, opportunities, and strategic partnerships across Europe.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility, CRM discipline, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
