International Talent Partnership is an independent executive recruitment business with offices in Headingley and Leeds city centre. Established in 2021, ITP has grown to 25+ staff, recruiting purely internationally across mainland Europe and North America.
As our business moves to conclude a very successful 2025 and expands into 2026, we are faced with the dual opportunity and challenge of scaling our structure. While we seek to promote internally whenever possible, we also recognise the positive impact of integrating high calibre individuals from the wider recruitment market into our management team. These individuals provide experience of utilising different methodologies and succeeding in differing cultures and working environments, bringing fresh insight and ideas to our management and wider team.
As such we are looking for experienced recruiters either currently working in a role with people management responsibility or individuals who are ready to step into a people management role. If you are considering your first people management role but your current employer keeps saying that it’s not the right time for you, or you recognise the merits of that first role being with a team that has only ever known you as a manager rather than a peer, then please reach out for a (fully) confidential conversation. If you are an experienced manager and are looking to scale your responsibilities or to develop your skill set by experiencing a new and positive working environment, then again, please reach out for a (fully) confidential conversation.
The basics of the role:
- Leadership of a team of 3-4 recruitment consultants initially with the opportunity to expand headcount further
- Supporting consultants in their client interaction
- Accurately and consistently forecasting fee income
- Developing and upskilling your team to become recruitment and industry experts
- Contributing positively to the management team
- Personal fee contributor
What Can We Offer You:
- We are an independent recruitment business without labyrinthine connections to other recruitment companies.
- We have no debt or MBO/MBI legacy costs to fund.
- We have a management team that does not consist of twenty-somethings who were working in a pub 2 years ago, whose position was secured by 2 years of slightly above average billings and were promoted from trainee consultant to “CEO” in the same timescale.
- A measured and thoughtful approach to growth (we’re not planning on taking over the recruitment world and we have no interest in setting up a myriad of subsidiaries).
- With a starting salary dependent on experience and the opportunity to work with a company with a global remit, we offer all our staff the below benefits (not exhaustive):
- A relaxed culture with serious and decent people
- Competitive salary
- Uncapped personal OTE with no threshold
- Profit based team OTE
- Flexible Working
- Professional Development Plan
If you would like to explore the opportunity to work with an exciting and rewarding business, send your CV or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
