This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a technically complex and commercially critical product segment, building a strategy and structure from the ground up across Europe.

This is a high-impact, senior-level role combining strategic leadership, sales development, and technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for shaping and scaling a niche but fast-growing product offering across multiple European markets. With no existing dedicated team in place, this role offers a genuine “build-from-scratch” opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to leave a lasting mark on a business. You’ll work closely with international stakeholders, particularly in North America where the product line is more established, leveraging best practices while tailoring a European growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a European growth strategy for a specialist product range aligned to Data Centre projects.
  • Support and enable local sales teams across multiple countries, with potential to build and lead a dedicated team.
  • Act as the technical and commercial expert, able to interpret complex specifications and position solutions effectively.
  • Engage directly with key industry stakeholders including Data Centre operators, contractors, consultants, and architects.
  • Drive market expansion, identifying key players, opportunities, and strategic partnerships across Europe.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market planning.
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility, CRM discipline, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong growth in bookings, revenue, and pipeline across target European markets.
  • Expansion of presence within the Data Centre segment.
  • Development of a clear market map and key stakeholder network.
  • Establishment of a scalable commercial structure for future growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • Commercial & Strategic Expertise: Proven track record of driving multi-country commercial growth. Experience building or scaling new business lines or product segments. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Technical Capability: Comfortable working with highly technical construction or engineered products. Ability to understand and communicate complex specifications and performance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with Data Centre clients, contractors, consultants, or similar stakeholders. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, international environment. Experience coordinating teams across regions, with or without direct reports.

Why Apply? Rare opportunity to build and lead a European business segment from scratch. Exposure to the fast-growing Data Centre sector. High level of autonomy with strong international support. Excellent earning potential and career progression.
