As a senior leader, you\โll act as a visible and influential ambassador for the organisation; engaging with colleagues, clients, and partners to promote a positive, people-focused culture and position the business as a trusted leader in its field.
Key Accountabilities
Contribute to the company\โs vision, strategy, and goal setting alongside senior leaders.
Work with other directors to turn strategy into action, supporting business growth, new opportunities, and high-quality service delivery.
Drive profitability by ensuring efficient, compliant, and values-led ways of working.
Lead your team to deliver strong performance against targets, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, development, performance, and exit) in line with company people practices.
Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of colleagues.
Represent the leadership team internally and externally, building relationships and promoting the organisation.
Manage key client accounts, ensuring regular reviews and strong communication on performance and opportunities.
Provide updates on business progress, opportunities, and new contacts.
Support system design and client presentations where needed.
Take responsibility for your own ongoing professional and leadership development, staying up to date with industry standards and regulations.
Experience Desired
Extensive Technical / Industry knowledge & expertise; qualified by significant demonstrable experience.
Extensive HVAC design experience & strong knowledge of air and water movement.
Proven commercial acumen, driving profitability and turnover.
Strategic leadership at a senior level; decision-making, management and performance delivery.
