Role Purpose
Oversee projects for both existing and new clients from conception to implementation through effective management, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and management of internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations with the sales team to assess potential new work.
- Prepare pricing and proposals for new projects, including cost estimates and quotations.
- Communicate with clients, as directed, to support the preparation of proposals.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to gather information needed for quotations.
- Once a project is confirmed, take full responsibility for managing delivery within agreed cost, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Enter and maintain accurate project data, and provide updates to support administrative processes.
- Plan and coordinate materials, labour, and resources, ensuring all involved parties are aligned.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress and take action to address any issues or changes.
- Attend project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Complete project handover with the client, including any required documentation or guidance.
- Share relevant information with support teams to enable ongoing service or maintenance planning.
- Assist team members and contribute to wider business activities as appropriate.
